With the warmth of this week and the longer days, the Spring greens have really taken off. We decided not to hold back and to savor these first appearances of Spring. In next week’s Farmer’s Choice bags, we will have mixed salad greens and pea shoots from Ironwood Farm, baby kale and salad radishes from Letterbox Farm, carrots and garlic from Full Circus Farm, Keuka Gold potatoes from Morningstar Farm, and eggs from Dog Wood Farm.
