Good Food Farmers is meant to be flexible. See below for step-by step instructions on how to fully utilize the member portal, including customizing your deliveries, placing deliveries on hold, and more. You can log-in to your account by clicking the “Member Log-in” link in the top corner of the website. Enter your username and password, and you’ll be brought to your account page:
From your account page, you can get an overview of your orders (1), update your contact info (2), get directions to your pick-up site if you pick-up at a site other than your home (3), place your subscription on hold (4), manage your payments (5), go directly to the storefront (6), log-out of your account (7); get a summary of your next order, change your pick-up site, or change your subscription settings (8). You may also leave the store and head back to our website homepage (9).
If you’re accessing your account and the webstore on your smart phone, you’ll be seeing this version of the account page:
Each Friday, we create the current list of available items and update your cart with a mix of suggested items totaling between $40 and $50. Between Friday and Sunday night, login to your account and click on the “Store” button (#6 on the image above). Once you enter the storefront, you will see your cart has a mix of items in it:
Click on the “Cart,” and a drop-down will display the suggested items that we have included. As you add and remove items, the contents of your cart will immediately update to reflect your changes.
If the bag looks good to you, you don’t have to do anything. If you would like to remove an item, simply move your mouse over the item quantity and reduce the quantity. To add items, scroll through the store and click add on any item. Click on any item for a full description of the item and information on which farm the item will be coming from. You’ll notice in the top left corner, all our items are sorted by category. Click through each category to see more items.
Again, if you’re on a smart phone, your display will be slightly different, with your store view and cart view split between two “buttons:”
Once you are happy with your cart, click Checkout to confirm your customized order. Your credit card will be charged one day before your delivery. At this point, you’re all set, and we’ll get busy harvesting your items!
